Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete, correct, and deliverable shipping address. Moana Beauty Spa is not responsible for delivery issues caused by an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address provided by the customer.

Shipping orders cannot be canceled once processed or shipped.

Once carrier tracking shows delivered, the order is considered fulfilled.

Moana Beauty Spa is not responsible for carrier delays, stolen packages after delivery, lost packages after shipment, misdelivered packages, incorrect addresses, incomplete addresses, weather delays, holiday delays, customs delays, or delivery issues outside our control.

When possible, Moana Beauty Spa may assist customers with carrier claim information, but this does not guarantee replacement, refund, reimbursement, or approval of a carrier claim.

Shipped orders, shipping fees, skincare products, opened products, used products, damaged products, tampered products, discounted products, promotional items, and special-order items are final sale unless otherwise approved in writing by Moana Beauty Spa.
