Refund, Cancellation & Final Sale Policy

All sales are final unless otherwise approved in writing by Moana Beauty Spa.

Final sale items include deposits, appointment reservation fees, prepaid services, service packages, promotional offers, discounted services, shipped orders, shipping fees, skincare products, cosmetic products, wellness products, opened products, used products, damaged or tampered products, special-order items, and gift/promotional items.

Deposits and appointment reservation fees may be forfeited for late cancellations, same-day cancellations, no-shows, late arrivals, or failure to provide required information.

Unused package sessions have no cash value, are not refundable, and may expire according to the terms disclosed at purchase unless otherwise stated in writing.

Services are cosmetic/aesthetic and results vary by individual. Dissatisfaction with results, buyer’s remorse, failure to follow aftercare, failure to disclose relevant information, or different individual results do not qualify for a refund.

Retail product exchanges, if approved in writing, are only available for unopened and unused products with proof of purchase within 14 days. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Opened, used, damaged, tampered, skincare, cosmetic, wellness, special-order, promotional, and discounted products are final sale.

Booking & Appointment Policy

Customers are responsible for reviewing all service details, product details, pricing, terms, and policies before purchasing or booking.

Clients are responsible for disclosing all relevant medical conditions, allergies, sensitivities, medications, recent cosmetic procedures, pregnancy, breastfeeding, skin conditions, contraindications, and other health information before receiving services.

Moana Beauty Spa may refuse, pause, modify, or discontinue service if treatment is not appropriate for safety, policy, professional judgment, contraindications, incomplete disclosure, or customer conduct.

Shipping Policy

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated by the shipping carrier. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete, correct, and deliverable shipping address. Moana Beauty Spa is not responsible for delivery issues caused by an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address provided by the customer.

Shipping orders cannot be canceled once processed or shipped. Once carrier tracking shows delivered, the order is considered fulfilled.

Moana Beauty Spa is not responsible for carrier delays, stolen packages after delivery, lost packages after shipment, misdelivered packages, incorrect addresses, incomplete addresses, weather delays, holiday delays, customs delays, or delivery issues outside our control.
