Moana Beauty Spa may take photos or videos for private client records, treatment documentation, progress tracking, internal training, or marketing only when appropriate consent is provided.

Private treatment documentation is not the same as public marketing consent.

Marketing use of photos, videos, before-and-after images, testimonials, client likeness, or client voice requires separate written marketing photo/video consent.

Clients may request reasonable written restrictions, such as face not shown, eyes covered, first name only, no name used, treatment area only, internal use only, or no paid advertisements.

Moana Beauty Spa will follow written restrictions accepted on the consent form.

Important

Do not use any client photo, video, testimonial, before-and-after image, likeness, or voice for public marketing unless the appropriate written consent has been completed.
