Deposits, appointment reservation fees, prepaid services, packages, promotional offers, shipped orders, skincare products, opened products, used products, discounted items, special-order items, and gift/promotional items are final sale. Deposits and reservation fees may be forfeited for late cancellations, same-day cancellations, no-shows, late arrivals, or failure to provide required information.
Shipping times are estimates only. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Once carrier tracking shows delivered, the order is considered fulfilled. Moana Beauty Spa is not responsible for carrier delays, stolen packages after delivery, incorrect or incomplete addresses entered by the customer, weather delays, holiday delays, customs delays, or delivery issues outside our control. We may assist with carrier claim information when possible.
